Picking-up or dropping-off a passenger?
For security reasons, vehicles cannot be left unattended in front of the terminal. Vehicles left unattended on the curb will be ticketed.
As an alternative, we suggest you park in the Parkade - there is a grace period so you will not be charged if you exit within 15 minutes.

Accessible parking is available on all levels of the Parkade and in the Long Term/Overheight lot.
Specific spaces on both the arrivals and departures curbs are reserved for drivers who possess a valid accessible parking permit and who need to leave their car unattended temporarily - 20 minute maximum.
For those who do not have the necessary permit but are driving passengers who require assistance getting into the terminal, please make prior arrangements with the Parking Administration Office at 613-248-2000 ext. 1197, 613-248-2000 ext. 1135 or 613-248-2000 ext. 1130.
